This online shop is directly managed by myself, the artist. When buying original art or prints, you are supporting me in my artistic endeavours – thank you! 🙂
All products are made in-house whenever possible, or via local art printers for items I am not equipped to produce myself. I hand-check every product to verify quality and colour accuracy.
Every effort is made to accurately represent the products. However, please note that some colour variation may occur between your screen and the product you receive, due to differences in monitor calibrations.
The shop only accepts payments via Paypal. Please contact me directly to discuss other options if you cannot use Paypal.
Please note that your country may charge customs fees on imported goods, and these are not included in the price or shipping (however, original art and art prints are free of duty when entering most countries, especially the USA and EU – please refer your customs office to Harmonized Tariff Code 97 if you have been unduly charged).
Orders are shipped within 10 business days, with the exception of pre-orders and custom orders (see product description for more details on these). Original art is mailed flat, while prints are mailed either flat or rolled in mailing tubes, depending on their size. My items are always checked individually and well-packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
International basic shipping is typically included in the product price, and insured shipping is typically offered as an option with an additional cost that depends on your location. Please refer to each product for exact details. Please note that I cannot refund lost or damaged items unless insured (see below).
Returns & Refunds
Returns are dealt with on a case-by-case basis – please contact me directly at kmye.chan[a]hotmail.fr or using the contact form.
Lost or damaged items will be refunded if insured shipping has been paid for – please make sure to register the damage with your post office or mailperson when you collect the item. Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for damage occuring during transport on non-insured items despite my best efforts to package them safely.
If there has been any mistake on my side, I will make my best to make it up to you. I want you to be happy with your purchase! 🙂
